How the cooldown works
- Every death restarts the full ~4-hour wait — dying at hour 3 sets you back to 4.
- The in-game Rotunda countdown is the source of truth; it reads hours:minutes.
- There is no skip: new codes, new browsers, and email aliases do not bypass it.
- Retries are unlimited — players have bonded black dragons on attempt 26 and beyond.
