Meadow blue dragon route confirmed + Signet countdown page

Blue dragon guide: meadow route upgraded to multiple confirmed bonds, with the full successful sequence (meet her gaze → hold still → dodge right behind the boulder → "overthrow an empire" → approach slowly) and moderator confirmation.
New page: Signet Countdown — the hidden dragonkind.com easter egg pointing to May 2027, with a live countdown.
FAQ: added the "answer within 2 seconds" rumor (disproved Oct 7) and named the 76-90% battery variant in the battery rumor answer.
Answers: added the solo-west green-behind-thorns first-encounter variant and the documented two-greens death text.
