Dragonkind Cheatsheet

Last updated: October 22, 2026

Every number and route on this site, compressed to one page. Randomness is built into the game: identical choices have produced both bonds and burns, so treat each chain as the best-known path, not a guarantee.

The rules that never change

  • Burned? The wait is about 4 hours. The timer reads hours:minutes — "3:58" means nearly 4 hours left, not 4 minutes. No skip; retries are unlimited.
  • No route is guaranteed. No official answer key exists; spawns and outcomes are randomized.
  • Evidence labels: Confirmed = multiple sources · Player reports = community-mapped · Unverified = rumor.
  • Not bondable: gold, feathertail and irid dragons cannot be bonded — see can you bond Andarna.

One-line routes to all six dragons

DragonFastest known routeEvidence
RedGo to the valley center. “This is your dragon” → confirm → approach → touch its claw.Easiest, most reliable bond (verified in our own run)
GreenTwo-greens clearing: pick one green fast, commit, answer its question honestly. Never split attention.Common bond, deadliest scene
BrownMeadow: chase it, shout at it to stop, await judgment, wipe the mud off and talk back, promise to defend the powerless.Verified in our own run · tail-mount route is a trap
OrangeMeadow: absolute certainty — roar back and commit. Dice still roll.Verified in our own run · most volatile color
BlueRandom “follow the shadow” treetop event: hold still, lower your eyes, accept her. Or a rare meadow spawn.Player reports · very rare
BlackRandom “follow the shadow” event: let the blue leave → bandage the wounded cadet → head south → look back → meet its eyes, do not bow.Confirmed door, random odds · rarest bond

The battery-percentage "black dragon trick" is an unverified rumor.

The five fastest ways to die

  1. Meeting a dragon's gaze or approaching confidently in the first encounter.
  2. Stepping between the bully and your squadmate.
  3. Staying neutral or glancing around in the two-greens clearing.
  4. Jumping on the red dragon's back — the valley-heart chain ends at touching its claw.
  5. Hesitating in any bond scene.
